Malki x 100,000 kg Radon x 135,000 kg Levin x 188,000 kg Stardom
Mercure is a beautiful bull. He is correctly built and is a textbook example of 'true type', a concept somewhat lost in the era of genomics. This is reflected, among other things, in the beautiful, attentive head, the fine skin and the great bone quality. The functionality is also clearly present with enormous width between his forelegs and deep, wide forequarters with a lot of curve in the first ribs that transition beautifully into a deep, open-ribbed frame. A long, wide rump with a centrally placed thurl follows via a strong loin, so that Mercure stands and moves with perfection.
Mercure comes from the impressive I-family of the Kleemann family. His third dam Insine was a Stardom daughter classified EX92 and who for many years was the cow with the highest lifetime production in Germany with 188 tonnes of milk. She has numerous offspring who excel in quality, longevity and problem free milk production. The best are the full sisters from a mating with Levin, a Comestar Lee son who specialises in breeding functionally built, deep, wide dairy cows that last!
Mercure's grandmother Ide VG-89 is one of those Levin daughters. She now has a lifetime production of more than 135,000 tonnes and is still milking. Her Radon (s.Ramos) daughter Inga VG88 (EX90 legs & feet) has now passed the 100 tonne milestone and is also still in full production. She is also a well developed, deep, wide dairy cow with a supple, quality udder and terrific locomotion.
Mercure has everything: variety, quality and functionality. Take advantage of it!
